Waples was honoured to partner with Illawarra Women’s Health Centre and our events arm, Bluejuice Events, to support the delivery of the inaugural Australian Domestic, Family, and Sexual Violence Recovery and Healing Conference. This ground-breaking event, held in Wollongong in May 2023, brought together more than 350 attendees from across Australia to address recovery from domestic, family, and sexual violence.

The conference featured discussions on holistic health care, economic recovery, justice, and the centring of children and young people, with 50% of presenters being people with lived experience. Waples delivered all conference branding and assets, including event communications, signage, and the program, while Bluejuice Events managed on-the-ground logistics and operations.
